The Forte approach

Healing teeth first. Then your permanent teeth.

On the day of surgery we attach a fixed set of healing teeth, typically within 24 hours. You leave with teeth. You eat with them. Nobody can tell.

Over the next few months your gums and bone change shape as they heal. That is normal, and it is the reason we wait.

Some practices place the permanent teeth the very next day. It sounds better. But teeth made before healing is finished are made to a shape that is about to change, and the fit at the gumline is what you feel and see for the next twenty years.

We make your permanent zirconia teeth after your gums have settled, in our own lab, so they fit the mouth you actually have — not the one you had on surgery day.

That is one extra step. It is also the difference between teeth that look placed and teeth that look like yours.

Day 1 — Healing teeth

Fixed, non-removable teeth attached typically within 24 hours of surgery.

Months 2–6 — Healing

Your gums and bone settle into their final shape. You wear your healing teeth the whole time.

Final — Permanent zirconia

Made in our lab to fit your healed mouth. Lifetime warranty on full zirconia.
