IV anesthesia patients: a preoperative consult and medical clearance, nothing to eat or drink 8 hours prior, and an adult driver
Please alert us ahead of your visit if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, a history of rheumatic fever, or take heart medications, aspirin, or anticoagulants

Insurance claims typically process in 4–6 weeks. Patients remain responsible for fees regardless of coverage; please tell the office if your plan changes.
